let new bot versions keep mu of old bot

I think new versions of a bot should start out with the same mu as the old one had (but a higher sigma obviously). That way you don't have to waste a day beating up starterbots before you get any meaningful results.

I think that would be an improvement too... however, you have to be careful: does TrueSkill continue to work properly if you increase player's sigmas externally? I haven't looked at the paper, but it might break some kind of invariant.

Note that the TCP server of course lets you keep your old score, since it doesn't know when you modify your bot. Scores on TCP servers are probably relatively useless though due to the matchup process.

Maybe give the choice to the user:
- keep the scores if the new bot is just an update of the old bot
- reset the scores if it is a different bot or a large update
