I'm new in Java and I'm wondering how to debug my project?

set a huge timeout delay in parameters of the python script:

--turntime 1000000 --loadtime 10000000

In the commandline for the java command to start your bot add the following:

-Xdebug -Xnoagent -Djava.compiler=NONE -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=8000,suspend=y

In Eclipse manually create a new Debug Configuration for a "Remote Application".

When you start the game, Java will wait until a Debugger connects. So just start the Debug mode in Eclipse (and don't forget to set a breakpoint).

Guess when you google for "java debug remote application" you will get more detailed instructions, but this should get you on track.
