We don't plan on starting code until we have the Non Profit Organization setup properly. We would like to be properly funded to have enough resources(read: beta servers, main servers) to get going.
aarossig and myself planned to visit some accountants to see what the legalities and money flow options are. We'll probably do this really soon(inside a month). We're planning to setup this organization in Canada since aarossig and myself are Canadians (jbroman and j3camero are as well). If you have some experience with this and would like to help please contact us on irc.
After that we'll probably organize a team to get the django framework coded.
And only after that system works properly we'll implement the game. We would like to avoid that early start(months) some of our beta testers had last contest. The game will be the last thing that will be implemented(ideally at most 2 weeks before launch).
