I'm trying for about 2 hours to upload my code and every time it gives me the error about failing to overwrite the previous files. Hope the problem will be solved soon... :?

last working solution to me was to archive my code as TGZ using TotalComander

I tar.gz'ed my code directory, submitted and finally got a submission success.
I guess there's a problem with the handling of .zip files.

I also have this problem. It's always the same file:
replace Debug.cs? [y]es, [n]o, [A]ll, [N]one, [r]ename: NULL
(assuming [N]one)

I have tried compressing with different programs, different folder structures, etc... Nothing worked.

tar.gz did not work for me either
I have also tried different level of compression, compression on different OS... nothing
Sometimes it seems to work, I receive a Submission Success mail, but then I get a Submission Failure shortly after.
Maybe you could try to upgrade the archive manager on your server ?

Ok, I figured it out. You have to have a folder named 'java' with all the source files.
