Jave Runtime Flags

Just a quick prayer that admins will implement this:

Running java with the -server flag will actually enable hotspot optimizations (approx ~50% faster). If c++ gets -O2 this is only fair.

If the server vm is already being used, then ignore this.

I don't use java, but someone should take a look at this.

I think it's a great idea! There's also the -O flag that we could pass to javac. We're just asking around to see if any of the other contest staff see any good reasons not to add these flags. Otherwise, we should be able to implement these changes for you pretty soon!
