Actually I'm using SIGALRM signal (sent by setitimer) for handling time limit. It works great.
The only problem is everyone else's one: judge is using real time instead of CPU time. So if system is under load, our bots get more stupid! I think this problem describes some of my strange losses.

Look.. those messages are pretty much enough for you to debug. Please check your code for any crashes on different kind of maps and any security violations that you might have(writing to files).
