C++ State.cc not reading player information

Postby RynsArgent » Sat Dec 17, 2011 2:43 am

Hi everyone,

I was testing to see if playerNo from State.h is actually being read. I found out it doesn't get initialized when I output it using the stream state.bug and so it would be a really ridiculous number. I was surprised I got this far without recognizing it.

I downloaded the starter package and checked to see if playerNo gets read but it doesn't. I'm wondering if I'm not understanding how this is being read.

Just ignore playerNo and scores. They aren't inputted until after the game is over anyway. I have no idea why the bot has code to read them, but they're useless.
