Failure to activate the account

Hi,
I registered for the AI challenge, but when I clicked the account activation link sent via email, the page says
there is a failure in account activation ( Error code:103).What should I do?

I'm having the same problem with my account. Unfortunately since I'm in London I can't drop by the CSClub offices to get it reset

Can an admin help me with this?

After having a look at the database you both appear to have been activated. Have you tried using your accounts?

I've the same problem - my username is r0u1i, and either I've activated my account and need a password reset, or forgot to do so and now I get the 103 error.

hmph, ok, is there a place where I can reset my whole account by giving the email address I've used to register?
I would have created another account, but I'm afraid of getting disqualified

If you want to PM me your email I can check again if there is anything in the database linked to it. If not you can just go ahead and try to register again.
