Hello,
I want to know how can i test my bot in my pc for playing with example bots?
i use windows and examples , compiler & ... are with java.
what must i do?

I recommend to use a game engine such as PlanetWarrior:
Compile your C# project and use the .exe to run games versus the java example bots. (use for example "java -jar C:\test.jar" to run a java bot in PlanetWarrior)
